Accounting & Operations Manager

Logan Marine – Wilmington, NC

Logan Marine is a growing marine construction company with annual revenues between $2M–$4M. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounting & Operations Manager to take ownership of our financial systems and support day-to-day business operations.

This is a key role within the company, working directly with ownership to maintain accurate financials, ensure compliance, and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting)
• Maintain accurate, GAAP-compliant financial records
• Oversee job costing and WIP accounting across all projects
• Produce monthly financial statements and weekly reporting
• Coordinate with CPA on tax filings and year-end close
• Support purchasing, invoicing, and cost control
• Assist with permitting, insurance, and general business operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong accounting background with hands-on experience
• Experience with job costing (construction experience preferred)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable in a small business environment with a wide range of duties
